Live the Life of Your Dreams.

How POSSIBLE is it to live the life you DREAM of?

Do you feel stuck? That you don't have the choices you need to create that life?

What would it take for you to feel FREE to create that life.

Take a moment now and visualise your DREAM life.

Make your vision as detailed as possible.

Include: physical environment; health; fun & creativity; relationships; career; finances; spirituality; personal development; family & friends; and giving & contribution.

Write it out, make a vision board, or simply create it in your mind.

Now, close your eyes and imagine you are living that life, ALL OF IT, right now.

How do you FEEL?

Amazing, right?

What emotions and feelings are strongest when you imagine living that life?

Did you feel FULFILLED, HAPPY, LOVED, PURPOSEFUL, GRATEFUL?

Take notice of how THINKING about your dream life can affect how you FEEL in the present moment, in the NOW?

So, what is stopping you from FEELING like this now?

Perhaps, like a client I worked with recently – it's what’s going on inside? The thoughts and beliefs in your head?

Life may even LOOK pretty good, but those incredible FEELINGS aren't there.

This client admitted in our call that she ‘hates’ herself – that for her whole life she has hated herself…

Oh how my heart broke for her – such a beautiful, caring, considerate, incredible woman & yet something inside feels hate toward herself.

The TRUTH is – it isn't the things you have in your life that make you happy – it's how you FEEL inside.

The energy of negative though patterns and beliefs can be so heavy.

They really drain our vitality, our life-force & if we don’t catch ourselves quickly we become like Alice, falling down the rabbit hole into a world that even looks different from reality.

The late Dr Wayne Dyer famously said “You'll see it, when you Believe it”

The key to creating your 'ideal' life is being able to FEEL the feelings now, to truly believe in the possibility, to feel it as if you already have it.

Feel whole, complete, grateful – NOW, with life exactly the way it it, with YOU exactly as you are actually changes your energy.

Consciously choosing the be in a state of an elevated emotion (love, gratitude, kindness) creates an electromagnetic field around you body.

The vibration you create draws to you the life you dream of – the life that 'vibrates' at the same energy as you.

Like attracts like, your 'vibe' attracts your tribe… You've heard the catchphrases.

To change your LIFE, first you have to change your ENERGY, your vibration. New vibration = new you…

Ironically, by choosing to consciously evoke those feelings in your days you may find you don't actually need or even want some of the 'things' you thought were essential for your dream life.

Are you READY for a new you?

Make elevated emotions a daily practice.

Consciously tune into positive feelings at least once a day.

If you meditate, make it part of your meditation – as Katut said in 'Eat, Pray, Love' “Smile from your Liver”.

If you don't meditate, create the feelings as you lie in bed at night, about to fall asleep. Think of a happy thought if it helps – USE your thoughts for good.

Bonus Points – do it again when you wake up.

Each day is a new day, a new beginning, a chance to start fresh – start your day by lying in bed & say to yourself “Today is a new Day” while feeling a smiling/happy feeling radiating from your heart space.

Feeling fed up with Life? It could be a Spiritual Awakening!

 

Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Frustrated, resentful? Bored or disillusioned with life? It could be a Spiritual Awakening.

Awakening is the first step on the path to enlightenment. As another path softly beckons we feel increasingly unhappy with one we are on.

This life journey doesn’t come with a map and it’s easy to feel lost.

Could it be that you haven’t been journeying on your own path at all? Perhaps you have been on the path of ‘expectations’, your whole life created by ‘doing what you were supposed to do’?

 

What is awakening?

Awakening is an awareness that there is something more to life. Something beyond what we can see, hear, taste, smell or touch.

A realisation, a knowing, a calling that sparks something within you. This awareness makes itself heard in soft, feminine, intuitive ways. Hunches, dreams, coincidences.

 

Why are you awakening?

You want to be happy and satisfied with your life – you’ve ticked all the boxes – so what do you do now?

Something is still missing & it wasn’t on the “I’m expected to do” list. You know it isn’t a physical ‘thing’, that nothing outside of yourself will fill this emptiness within.

You are awakening. It is time to listen to those internal whispers, longings, callings. The key to your own happiness lies within you.

 

Who else is awakening?

It’s beginning to feel like a Spiritual Revolution. So many women (& men) are realising the importance of connecting within. Spending time to get to know their true selves. It takes space, quiet and time to hear those tiny whispers, soul yearnings, and heart longings.

Our higher selves want us to live to our highest potential and if we don’t listen, the universe has funny ways of ‘waking us up’…  Don’t wait for a major life crisis to reconnect with your soul’s journey.

 

Learning to Listen

Learning to connect within and deeply listen begins with the ability to quiet your mind, usually done by giving it something to focus on. Focussing the mind is a skill, and it takes practice, but as with any practiced skill it gets easier.

One way to practice the art of Mindfulness is using Body Awareness.

 

  1. Commit to 1 Mindful Minute per day.
  2. Choose a simple task you already do every day, and aim to do it mindfully.
  3. Use an existing habit to makes it easier to stick with it. Habits such as,
    • Getting out of bed,
    • Taking a shower,
    • Brushing your teeth,
    • Tea or coffee time.
  4. Spend the minute being present in your body, notice how it feels.
  5. Use all of your senses.
    • Notice when you wake up, how does your body feel – try having a big stretch & notice the changes
    • Feel the water on your skin in the shower, even turn off the hot water & really feel the cold
    • Feel the bristles of the toothbrush and taste your toothpaste,
    • Sit down and feel the warmth of your morning drink, smell it, taste it. Feel it flow down your throat.
  6. Gift this one minute to yourself every day.
